Who We Are
We are a great little training company with a national footprint looking for someone to support our sales efforts. This is not your typical sales position. We do not cold call. We work with prospects and existing customers to educate them on our programs, provide them quotes, meet their requests and schedule their employees into our classes. This is very much a supportive roll vs a traditional sales role. Our goals are to support our clients and build lasting friendships. Who doesn’t want more friends.
What We Are Looking For
Things we’re looking for from you: It is important to us that you be punctual, very detail oriented, able to work on your own after we have trained you, and a self-starter. You need to be friendly and supportive to customers and coworkers alike. We want you to work with customers to address their needs (via phone and email), questions, inquires, provide quotes and options for training and schedule them into a training offering. We would like you to make customers feel their needs are addressed and important to us as you build a long-lasting relationship. Considering pretty much everything runs on computers these days, you need to be fluent on Microsoft Office Products, email and Internet driven tasks.

Just A Few Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, explaining training programs, handling customer questions, providing quotes and following up on them, scheduling classes with customers and notification of upcoming classes and new programs in the works. You do need to be organized and able to track a multitude of things at the same time and think ahead. You know, like Mom, or even better Super Mom, oh and Dads too.
