EPTAC Webinars – Submit Your Requests

I just completed my 28th webinar and find it interesting that the questions that are asked are also followed by phone calls or emails asking for more information. The interest in the subject matter, the clarity of the presentation, and the background of the attendees relative to the subject matter presented are the issues that provide the incentive to find out more.

I always had a fear when developing this session about the background of the group who are the recipients of the presentation and the clarity to which I wrote the session.

As you know EPTAC is the leading training center in the country and we receive numerous calls each day asking for explanations and clarifications of either IPC Specifications or training programs. But again these responses are on one and directly related to a particular subject as opposed to a webinar that addresses the masses if you will. In any case, it is always an adventure to create and present these webinars and always gratifying to hear the positive responses along with seeing the same names sign up for the next session.

I’m also looking for subject materials that may be of interest to our customers and listeners, so if anything is bugging you related to some specific issue, this is the forum to address those issues. I have plenty of people who can help answer most of the questions you may have and if not we have lots of places we can look to find out, so don’t be afraid to ask. The worst that can happen is we don’t know but we’ll find out.
